Using the site

By using eFoil Atlas you agree to these terms. The site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may link to any page. You may not copy the directory at scale, republish it as your own, or use automated tools to extract it beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

Information, not advice

Everything here is provided on an “as is” basis. Regulatory summaries are compiled from publicly available sources as of each page’s last-verified date and are not legal advice. Conditions shown on spot pages are forecasts from Open-Meteo and can be wrong. Electric hydrofoiling carries real risk. Always confirm rules with official sources and your local maritime authority, check conditions on the water, and ride within your ability.

eFoil Atlas, its editors and contributors accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage or fine arising from reliance on anything published here, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Operators and other third parties

Lessons, rentals and other services are offered by independent operators. We list and describe them; we do not sell, broker or guarantee their services. Any booking is a contract between you and the operator, and any dispute is between you and them. Links to operator and other third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Submissions

When you send us a spot, an operator listing, a correction or a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant eFoil Atlas a perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and adapt it on the site with credit where you ask for it. We verify submissions before listing them and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

Our content

Editorial text, the directory structure and the eFoil Atlas name and mark are © eFoil Atlas unless otherwise stated. Weather data is from Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0). Map data is © Mapbox and © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Imagery.Most location photos are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and remain under their original Creative Commons licences — primarily CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC0 and Public Domain — with the photographer credited and a link to the source file beside each image. CC BY-SA images we host may be reused under the same terms provided the attribution is preserved. Aerial fallbacks rendered via Mapbox Static Images carry the attribution Mapbox requires. Brand photography (for example the Awake image on our homepage) is used with permission and credited beside the image. If you are a photographer or rights holder and would like an image removed or its credit changed, tell us via the contact page and we will act within seven days.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
