Jolly Harbour sits on Antigua's leeward west coast, a purpose-built marina village with a protected inner harbor and an adjacent bay opening to the Caribbean. The combination of marina infrastructure, resort watersport concessions, and consistent lee-side water makes it the most logistically straightforward eFoil venue on the island. Launches from Jolly Beach run into a wide sandy shallows that stays under chest-deep for several hundred meters offshore — ideal for learning. The harbor entrance channel sees regular sailboat traffic, so riders should stay south of the channel mouth and inside the bay. Easterly trades blow over the island's spine and arrive at Jolly Harbour as light variable air most days, with afternoon thermals occasionally pushing 10-15 knots. The leeward coast stays usable year-round in normal weather. Hurricane season June through November is the operational caveat — Antigua took serious damage from Irma in 2017 — and dry-season December through May offers the cleanest, most settled riding window.
