Surfers Point at Prevelly is the heart of the Margaret River surf zone, a stretch of coast exposed to the full force of the Roaring Forties and Indian Ocean groundswell. Solid 2–4 m SW swell is the year-round baseline, with winter producing regular 5 m+ days. The Margaret River main break, the Box and Gas Bay each offer different foiling options on the right size and direction, but all demand advanced ocean experience. Wind is reliable: SE morning offshores produce glassy conditions, while afternoon SW seabreezes build to 15–25 kt and create downwind potential along the coast. Water is cool — 16–19 °C in winter, 19–22 °C in summer — and a wetsuit is mandatory year-round. The region is also a Great White Shark area; locals respect dawn and dusk patterns. WA regulates eFoils under Department of Transport powered-vessel rules with daylight-only operation and registration thresholds. This is not a beginner location — the combination of swell power, current and remote launches at Prevelly and Gnarabup means genuine surf-foiling experience is required.

Fliteschool Noosa runs 1.5-hour lessons and guided tours on the Noosa River from a base on Gympie Terrace, and operates as an authorised Fliteboard sales and service centre. Sessions run multiple times daily year-round with helmets, vests and wetsuits provided.
eFoil Australia is an authorised Flite partner running 90-minute Fliteboard lessons on the Swan River between South Perth Foreshore and Elizabeth Quay. Sessions operate seven days a week from Mill Point and include helmet, vest and GoPro footage.
