Leeward Grand Cayman beach with calm sandy shallows; eFoil access is mainly through resort watersport concessions rather than dedicated schools.

Seven Mile Beach runs along Grand Cayman's western shore, fully protected from the easterly trades by the island and presenting one of the calmest stretches of beach in the Caribbean. eFoil activity here is modest compared to dedicated wind-sport hubs — most riding happens through resort watersport desks rather than specialist schools — but the conditions themselves are excellent: knee-to-chest-deep sand for hundreds of meters offshore, almost no current, and water that stays glassy through most days. Hurricane season June-November is a real factor; Grand Cayman took a near-direct hit from Ivan in 2004. The driest, most consistent riding window runs December through May.
Long west-facing beach on Grand Cayman's leeward side, with calm sandy shallows and consistently light winds. Documented eFoil activity is limited but resort watersport ops do offer rentals.
